If you don't mind losing all you have saved on it you can try a factory restore- It will delete everything!
Factory / Hard reset / Password Removal
  1. Power off the tablet. Press and hold the Volume Up and the Power button. After 3 seconds release the Power On button but continue holding the Volume Up button. In the Select Boot Mode use the Volume Up/Down keys to navigate and the Power button to select the desired option.

  4. Yes - delete all user data.
  5. Reboot system now.
  6. Your tablet will reboot and go to the Welcome screen.

Factory reset trio g5

You are talking about a generic Android software reset?
Google gives instructions here: https://support.google.com/android/answer/6088915?hl=en
Factory reset your Android device
  1. Open your device's Settings app .
  2. Under "Personal," tap Backup & reset. If needed, enter your PIN, pattern, or password.
  3. Tap Factory data reset Reset phone or Reset tablet. If needed, enter your PIN, pattern, or password.
  4. To erase all data from your device's internal storage, tap Erase everything.
  5. When your device has finished erasing, pick the option to restart.
  6. Set up your device and restore your backed-up data.
If you can't open your device's Settings app, you can try factory resetting your Android device using its power and volume buttons. We recommend seeing your manufacturer's support site for device-specific instructions.

My acer tablet screen froze after I accidentally deleted apps that I don't need. How can I fix other than buying a new tablet

First, try rebooting. If that doesn't fix it you may consider restoring the device to the original factory settings. A word of warning...restoring to factory settings will take the tablet back to the way it was when originally purchased. All passwords, updates, music, photos, videos, audio recordings, apps and so on added after it was purchased will be deleted. So don't do this if you are concerned about losing the aforementioned data and files. To do a factory reset go to settings and look for a restore option. It may be under something like system restore, device settings, back up and restore or something similar. Once you find it, it should warn you that your device will be restored to factory settings and that all post factory apps, passwords, data and files will be deleted. If you still want to restore your device follow the instructions. You will then have to set everything up from scratch as if it was just purchased. I did this with a Kindle Fire. After the factory restore I reinstalled my apps, added all my accounts (email and so on), downloaded all my books, music, etcetera, and it has worked great since.

How do I reset this tablet

Since model number you wrote is for kickstand I assume that you want to reset Galaxy tab 3

Please make sure you have backed up all of your important data and apps before performing a reset.

Turn your Galaxy Tab 3 off.
Press and hold the Volume Up, Power and Home buttons together until you see an Android lying on its back. This is the - stock recovery screen.
Use the volume keys to scroll down to Wipe Data/Factory Reset and use the Power button to confirm.
Scroll down to Yes, Delete All User Data and hit Power to confirm.
Back on the first screen, scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition and select with power button.
Hit Reboot System Now to restart your Galaxy Tab 3 with factory settings restored.

Had to do factory reset, now unable to download apps from google playstore like youtube etc, any help?

I suggest that you troubleshoot first, instead of a hard reset. Factory reset is within settings.
If any google app won't download nor install, it's probably because your google services are not updated or is corrupted. Try the next steps before factory reset.
1. Go to settings, scroll down to app.
2. From here search for PlayStore and tap it.
3. Tap Clear Cache and Clear data.
4. Go Back.
5. Search now for Google services, this one is not under the download tab, which you can notice at the top of the screen, instead got to All and scroll down until you find it.
6. Tap Clear Cache and Clear data if available.
7. Reboot phone or tablet.
Most of the time this procedure do work, some people also opt to remove the google account and sign in after the reboot.
After the boot, open the PlayStore, accept the agreement and try to download anything from the PlayStore that is compatible with your tablet. Also, just to be sure, go to settings, security, look for Unknown Sources and enable it. This feature allow you to install any apk file that is not from the PlayStore.
