    How are you trying to send and receive email?

    Are you using an application or using gmail through the webpanel through gmail itself?

Outlook will not download any emal from one account on my server though the settings are identical to another account that works perfectly. Problem not solved with firewall or antispam filter on or off.
It is possible that only one of the accounts is in the Send/Receive group.

Edit a Send/Receive group

  1. On the Tools menu, point to Send/Receive, point to Send/Receive Settings, and then click Define Send/Receive Groups.

Keyboard shortcut To open the Send/Receive Groups dialog box, press CTRL+ALT+S.

  1. Select the Send/Receive group that you want to change, and then click Edit.
  2. Add the account that has not been receiving mail.

sending message came from the simcard sms setting...... check your message setting like message center..check the home network what simcard you used. by the way your phone receive message you can call or receive call if yes the problem of your phone is wrong message center number... check it

That means that your name or password or both is incorrect. You'll have to create a new password with whoever your mail is handled
