Hi Carrie,
Sorry I have been installing a system in a remote area and they do not have Internet access as of yet. Here's what you need to reset the System Manager Password,
Feature 9 8 5, display will read " Set : ### ", press " 9 ", enter the following using the dial-pad: 7 3 7 3 8 7 6 7 7 9 3, display will read: " reset password? ", press YES, press RLS. This should fix the logging in problem. Let me know, ....Mike
