How do i turn off the alarms active on my phone? i'm supposed to have the line open at all times as i'm the one in the office

you may have turned the volume down for the profile you were using on the phone, try activating the alarm an whilst its supposed to go off turn volume up.

hope that works for you if it doesnt i dont know what else to suggest other than take it back to the shop where purchased and see if they can help

Make sure you have correctly set your time and date of your phone. By "correctly", I mean double check that "AM/PM" thing.

Hi Kim, When you ordered the new key the dealer should have asked for the chassis number? That gives them the codes to pre program. so that it should activate and deactivate the alarm, if that is the problem! ? Regards John

The 'Keyless Entry & Burglar Alarm System" is activated. You must 'Disarm' the system using the Keyless Entry Remove (Key Fob) to "Reset" the system. The reason the engine won't start is due to the burglar alarm - it has a "Starter Kill" circuit which is activated when the alarm is activated. The alarm must be DEactivated to DEactivate the 'Starter Kill' circuit.
Another way to start the engine is to get in the car, put the key in the ignition and turn it to 'ON" and wait 3 to 5 minutes until the emergency flashers stop/turn off. Afterward, you should be able to start the engine. NOTE: This does NOT reset the burglar alarm. It will go off again when you enter the vehicle without using the remote/key fob.

if you have internet connection available i would do online activation if it still has a problem do the by phone option i have to do this alot when repairing and updating computers

I press the remote control middle (BMW) botton, one time to set up the alarm, when I release the alarm, I press the one above the
BMW botton one time, this botton control driver side door too, if I want to open other three doors, I have to repress the same botton one more time.
