SOURCE: how to remove jet rings on jetted tub

It depends on the brand of jet and tub, if it is a gold or silver trim ring, they will generally pry off with a screwdriver, just be careful not to damage the tub when doing so. When prying, move the screwdriver around the jet an inch at a time, just like opening a can of paint. Some rings will screw on, but most just pry off.

Aeromax tub some jets not blowing air

Hi Claude.
If your spa jets appear to be pulsating or pausing, first check to make sure your filter isnot clogged. If your filter appears to be okay, you should next take a look at your hot tub's water level. If there is too little water, air could be working its way into the system through the jets.

My machine is a few years old, I don't use it very often now, how do I make sure it's clean and not harboring bacteria?

I would keep the washer lid open and the agitator and drum dry. However, you will have to, from time to time clean the machine.
Run a full cycle (tub empty of garments) with hot water and Clorox or other liquid disinfectant. Then air or towel dry the inside components. Read the manufacturer's cleaning instructions that came with your owner's / user's manual.

Do Mirolin water jet tub jets come out for cleaning ?

No they do not here is a simple way to clean the jets and the piping.

Regular Jet Cleaning

To clean the entire whirlpool system and tub exterior, follow this process every month or more frequently if needed. Don't let dirt and grime build up or you'll have more scrubbing to do to get the tub clean.
  1. Fill the tub with hot water, approximately an inch above the highest jet.
  2. Make sure the water temperature reaches at least 140? F (60? C).
  3. Add 1/2 cup of laundry detergent or the amount used to clean 1 load of laundry as recommended by the detergent manufacturer.
  4. Run the jets for 15 minutes.
  5. Drain the tub and refill with clean lukewarm water.
  6. Run the jets for another 15 minutes.
  7. Drain the bathtub.
  8. Dry the tub completely by wiping it down with a clean towel.

Cloudy water

Always clean you jet tub as directed by the manual. If you don't have one, than fill tub above the jets, add liquid dishwasher gel (not tabs) with bleach and run through the jets for 20 minutes. Drain, fill with clean water and run two times to clean the tub and jets and then use. Be sure your metal filter is clean of hair and soap debris. This will keep your tub and jets nice and clean. Also recommend using Epsom salts and either essential oil of lavender or eucalyptus to your bath. Both essential oils have antibacterial properties. If you want it simpler, purchase Dr. Teal's lavender soak from the drug store. Happy soaking!

If they are just in the ceramic liner and not really through it you should be ok, they are caused by temprature fluctuations, maybe youve added vegies from the fridge part way through to an already hot dish...
