The new sim should have come with instructions. You can do it online. Make sure your phone is charged. Insert your new sim and than go to the website and click "Activate / Reactivate" phone. Than follow the directions.

Is it possible to use a unlocked at&t galaxy s5 active or a unlocked Sprint galaxy S6 on verizon?

Hi Axel

Unlocked phones are usually OPEN to use any SIM CARD! Regardless of what SIM you put, the phone is unlocked! SO you can buy a SIM from any carrier and insert into an unlocked phone and it will work.

I have a new bb 8830 world edition phone on a Vodafone GSM network. I have requested for the bb service to be activated. Which the service provder has. Unfortunately, the settings are not received by my BB...

Looks like you just change your original sim card with other network sim card. You must unlock your blackberry first before you can using other network in your phone. What you need is blackberry 8830 unlock code from your original phone network sim card. You can get blackberry unlock code from network provider or buy from third party sites which have lower cost rather than network provider.

Norton anti virus activation problem

you should have received an email with the activation code in it. If not, the email will have a tech support email or phone number. Good luck

BTW, I never pay for antivirus or spyware programs. I use Avast! antivirus. It's free and comes with a spyware program that is also free. I also browse the internet with FireFox which has all kinds of embedded security unlike Internet Explorer. you can download Firefox from the Mozilla website.

UNLOCKED CELL PHONE

try using your sim card in a previous or other phone. (one that is not soft unlocked but factory unlocked or branded.) if the sim still doesnt work then you may just need to get a new one from your provider.
