Did you have a lapse in service?
Did you just add airtime after lapse in service?
You have added time but your sim card is not active, which is what Tracphone does when you have lapse in service.
You need to talk with their customer service reps who will help you get your phone up and running again.
Customer Support FAQ TracFoneWireless
I know this is old, but it still is an issue. In my instance, my trouble was that I have a TracPhone, but the Service Provider is Net 10. I thought you could buy a TracPhone OR Net 10 card, but you can't. Even tho you have a TracPhone, you must purchase the particular service providers card or the code won't go through. Bad part is it won't tell you the code is bad; it just says that Service Unavailable. Try Later. Same if you go online.. it doesn't do anything. What I did was call someone on my contact list; it went to the automated system, and I went through the prompts to where it asked for my pin number. It says PIn is not found in thier system. I tried it two more times and then it hooked me up to a live person. (you can just hit 0 to go straight there) The person after I explained it told me I had bought the TracPhone Card and had to get Net 10 card. (My service Provider; yours might very well be different)They told me they would transfer the TracPhone number to an equivalent Net 10 card. Thenthey transfered me to another person and it was done after about 20 minutes. Phone now has the minutes I thought I had lost. <:o)
This is a double edge sword. The ads you are seeing are part of your traffic subscription service. If you choose to disable these messages, you are also choosing to disable the traffic service. To do this:
Select Tools.
Settings.
Traffic.
Select
the check-mark next to Enable Traffic to make it disappear. This will
disable the advertising messages and traffic services.
it include two solutions first take a anothe network sim card then check still the same problem occur if now the caller id is visible ask your service provider that whether they acivate the caller id service for your mobile number then check in your mobile that you disable the id . This is on the option like show my caller id (see is this this enabled or disabled if you disable this enable it) i suggest you better you try the mobile restore option
