First, before we can give a SURE answer, we need a question. That question MUST contain EVERY bit of information needed by the answerer to be able to diagnose and mentally repair the device without the benefit of ever seeing it. Basically, what I'm trying to tell you is that even a technician that is standing there looking at it can't give a SURE answer, so you probably won't hear a peep from anyone here if that's what you have to have.
The questions that have symptoms and what they have done will get the well thought out answers!
Questions that say something is broke doesn't give anyone enough information to give good advice. Plus if someone gives the impression that the client does not have the mechanical ability to follow the instructions that are given - normally won't get answered because we feel that it would be a waste of our time and the questioners also.
Well written questions that have make and model information and a well laid out series of indications that gives us some indication of what is happening will normally get an answer.

I had the same problem when I got my first 89, even though it's really a feature and not a problem.
Press the diamond key then enter to get your answer, and it will give you the decimal answer instead of the exact answer like you have been getting. Hope this helps...
