Try 6482 which spells MITA. Also if you have the machine in copy mode it might not take. I forget the key on the left side you need to select in order to get into the service mode.

SOURCE: Kyocera KM 3050 - error C3300

Error C3300 is a CCD Automatic Gain Control issue.

It could be poor contact in the connector terminals from the SHD PWB to the CCD PWB.

It is more likely a defective exposure lamp or inverter board that powers the lamp.

Try lifting up the Document feeder so you can see the optics frame through the platen glass and turning off and then on, the main power switch to see if the green exposure lamp illuminates.

A better, but more complicated way to check the lamp is to enter the service mode and run the exposure lamp test simulation. I will outline this procedure below. BE SURE NOT TO MESS WITH OTHER THINGS IN SERVICE MODE OR YOU COULD RENDER YOUR UNIT COMPLETELY UNUSABLE.

To Enter Service Mode:
Hit the "Status" button

Hit the following sequence on the numerical keypad:
1 0 8 7 1 0 8 7

You should be in service mode.

Use U601 by typing 6 0 1 and then "Start"

U601: Turning the exposure lamps on
Description: Turns the exposure lamp on.
Purpose: To check the exposure lamp.
Display:
CCD: Main Exposure Lamp
CID: Document Processor Exposure Lamp (inside the feeder)
Method
1. Press the start key.
2. Select the item.
3. Press the start key. The selected lamp lights.
4. To turn the exposure lamp off, press the stop key.
Completion
Press the stop key. The screen for selecting a maintenance item No. is displayed.

After checking the lamp(s) operation hit "reset" a few times to back out where you can type 0 0 1 "Start" to Exit Service Mode.

Go to Xerox.com. Click on the Support and driver section.
Type in 123 in the search box. Then when it comes up, select Drivers and Downloads, then on that site you can click on Documentation and download the User and Admin Guides. That way you can have that info at your fingertip.
The default code is 1111, or 11111. 4 or 5 ones.

The NIC card will need to be reset back to the factory defaults if you do not have the user name and password.

If you contact me through www.gfbm.net I will assist you with resetting the scanner over the phone.

Once reset the scanner NIC you will need to re input the IP and all your other scanner information.

Hi,

If you cant remember the username and password of your router you can reset it to bring back the default settings of your router to be able to access it. At the back of the router you need to press and hold the small hole using a pen or a paper clip for 10-15 seconds. after that the router will return to its original state. Keep in mind that it will remove all the settings that you've saved. Then access the router using 192.168.0.1 and using its default username and password

Try using a pen or paper clip to press the reset button on the back of the device. Keep the button pressed until the lights in the front of the Netgear router start flashing. The router will reboot after resetting the configurations.
Open a internet explorer browser window and enter 192.168.1.1
the Netgear router configuration console will open and will prompt you to enter username and password
Enter the default username and password. Now that settings have been reset, you can use the Netgear global default username and password listed below:
username: admin
password: 1234 or password
Unplug the router's power cable if these passwords do not work. If you are still unable to login, the router may not have been reset. While the router is unplugged, hold the reset button for 20 seconds before plugging in the power cord. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 to gain access to the router, using the new admin username and password

try Admin on both username and password ( A caps).
Also try 3000 on both or 6000 on both. try to select the system menu button and type the username and password there.

Try logging in with your own username and password. If not try 'Administrator" and leave the password blank. If that doesnt work and you dont know any other usernames or passwords you'll need to bring the laptop to a repair centre and have them use a special disk to access the administrator password. Every copy of Windows origonally has an Administrator account, if you dont know its details then you need to get the password reset.

As an initial info try to do a hard reset on the unit, this process will restore the system into a original settings. you can find the reset switch on either on the left of right sight of your router.
