You can't. I feel you are using a pirated Nero and it conflicting with some system files Try with other version of Nero..

Try reinstalling nero, use the complete option if there is one.
Then go to download.com and download a program called CCleaner (it is a great program for cleaning out internet history and un-used files safely)
You will see 4 tabs on the left 1. cleaner 2. registry 3.tools 4. options
First at the bottom from when it opens up you sre in default cleaner, analyze and when done run cleaner (note you will have to run cleaner twice probably).
second click registry then at bottom scan for issues, when done select fix selected issues (when the pop up appears select no you do not want to back up the registry) next pop up select fix selected issues.
Third select tools, find nero in the list of programs and remove using CCleaner's remove tool.
This should fix your problem.

Good day, what you need to do is remove the CD. clean the surface or use a lens cleaner. what is happening is an error from your CD. It is a read-error. with this you should be able to install it perfrectly. if the problem persist get another cd or copy the file inot your C:/ drive and run it from there. Good luck
