yes , the problem on this tv is the screen the only way to fix this problem is by replacing the screen but the screen cost to much money sorry for u loose
I just fixed one with the same problem. The light flashed 13 times.
I had to cut one trace on the hv board to one of the lamp drivers.
There is a slight but barely noticeable darken line across the screen but the tv stays on now and the picture is good. I don't
know if the lamps can be replaced but why bother now.
I think its either the X-sus or Y-Sus Boards which control the display. These are 2 boards with heatsinks on them, lots of capacitors and are at either edge of the screen.
It was actually a problem with the satellite feed, not the TV. Dish Network was zoomed in, hitting the asterisk button on the dish remote fixed the problem.
