check if the power supply fan is spinning you can check it at the back of the computer if it's not spinning then it could be a power supply problem

I'm sure you tried in the Computer Folder, right click the DVD/CD Rom Icon and select eject. You may have to dissemble the computer and the DVD/CD Rom drive.

Go to this website and download the audio driver click the green click to begin the downloading and save it to your computer. After downloading the audio driver, install the driver by double click the file that you have downloaded. Just click ok,next,apply and after installing will ask you to be restarted click restart to update you audio driver. Then check again your sound by playing your favorite songs. Have a nice day.

The only thing I can think of is getting a new battery.
