Move out drum unit behind the drum there have a rubber roller ( image transfer roller ) clean up or replace it. should take care this problem, good luck
The best way is to update the firmware in the copier. You have to download the current firmware and put it on a flash card and and plug it in to port 2 after powering down the copier. Power it back on and the firmware will set itself up to your copier.
sc329 on the MP4500 is a laser pitch error. The most likely fix is either to have a technician initialize the laser beam pitch adjustments or examine the laser unit to make sure none of the harnesses are getting in the way of anything.
If in the control panel don't show any places or any door, change the switches on the front cover area and the switches of the fuser area. If the problem continuos check the laser area.
I have had a few machines do this, the quick/easy fix is to make sure it latches and wedge some paper between the drum unit and the latching arm to make sure it stays FULLY engaged.
