That is a Western Digital driver file......for your hard drives likely.
If you are using RAID, then make sure that the RAID is the correct one, and if not, then make sure in the BIOS, you have NOT selected a RAID option.
If those do not seem to be at issue, then attempt to boot in Safe Mode with Networking. That error has been known to have other driver(s) unrelated to the WD driver.

Please check how the disks are configured?
If mirrored and second mirror is avaliable you can
replace the disk. (It is the same if the raid5 configured.)

You need to give windows installation the drivers for your Sata-Bus by pressing F6 while the installation load the drivers (like when we want to install on RAID drive). or do the following method follow the links in that page for Slipstreaming VIA Serial ATA drivers and the other link to create a boot CD Creating a bootable Windows CD with Nero.

you will need to add the new drive to your array bbfore it will how up to be formated do this throught the array configuration util

The install is fairly easy. Before you begin make sure if you have SCSI adaptors installed have the drivers for them on hand. If you do not have these drivers you should download them to a 1.4MB floppy disk. When you are ready, put the Windows Server disk in the cd/dvd and reboot the IBM. Follow the instructions on screen and you shoud be fine. From start to finish it should take you about 1 1/2 hours to complete everything.
