I have a Karcher 2,600 PSI 2.3 GPM Gas Pressure Washer G 2600 VHR that I have used once last summer. I have stored the PW in my basement with no fuel in the gas tank. The PW was never exposed to freezing temps. I cannot get the PW to start. I put new fuel into the tank, the oil is good, I drained the carburetor, and the spark plug works (tested it). I pull the cord and the engine doesn't turn. Fuel value is on, choke is pulled, and the starter switch is turned on. System is practically brand new with ~ 2 hrs of use.

Hi I have a similar pressure washer from Kartcher and the same scenario as yours I have owned it for about 2 years and noticed that it was getting harder and harder to start with each time I use it which is months. If your pw has a honda engine on it the likely culprit may be the carbuerator. The main and pilot jets may get clogged up with gunk from dired up gasoline. To see if you have a fuel problem spray a shot of starter fluid into the carberator with the choke open, then close it and try to start. If it runs for about a second and dies, then the carbuerator is at fault and you are not getting fuel into your motor and all you're doing is working out your arm.

A tough one. All I can suggest is check there are no blockages or crimps in the fuel line. When you say you pulled the cord and the engine doesn't turn, do you mean it doesn't start or the engine doesn't turn over? If it doesn't turn over when you pull the cord, that mechanism is not working.

No pressure...new pump

Gun could be the problem if you hear the engine pick up speed and you can feel the pressure on the hose.if engine speed doesn't increase than there is a governor issue with the engine.

No pressure

No pressure would be a sign that the key was not in properly.

ProForce PWC102350 2,350 PSI 2.3 GPM 163CC MagnaForce Gas Powered Pressure Washer will not start

If you have compression then the first thing you check is for spark. If you have spark then you move on to the fuel system. You will have to pull off hoses at a couple of points to see if gas is at the carb and further along. If it is the carb then a simple carb kit will work.

2600 PSI Pressure washer will not draw detergent up

I posted an answer to no soap on the Karcher Factory-Reconditioned 2,600 PSI 2.3 GPM Gas Pressure Washer G 2600 VHR. Same machine I suppose, but use the black 65 l degree low pressure nozzle.
It's in the manual , I missed it and had a hell of a time trying to figure it out. If that doesn't work check the check valve on the pump(Where the soap hose is) , see if it's gummed up.

Be careful taking it off there's a spring and ball bearing in there.
