Hi Hunter
You are using an Apple iPod? so all your music that you purchased from the iTunes store is still on your account in the iTunes store.
Use your computer to log into iTunes. Use your Apple ID & Password to look at your account and see your previous purchases.
In future always keep a copy of your music on your computer or USB Stick or External Hard Drive or CD or DVD.
Cheers

My Sansa Clip lost all the music I had stored. It

You go to Settings, check System Info, check number of songs in there. If they are existing, you should change to MTP or MSC to play it. Or go to Settings, Reset All, Yes. Try it.
If you accidentally formatted it, can't restore them.
Good luck

Trying to sync music onto my lg dare

Instead of doing the sync music, try saving your music into your itunes account or on a flash drive. Than just plug your phone into the computer, click on settings, then tools, then USB mass storage. Open the file on your computer, than simply drag and drop your songs from the file on the computer or flash drive, into the phone's file folder. Drop it into your memory card on your phone or just in my music. (I personally recommend getting a micro SD card for the phone so you can hold more songs) good luck!

INSTALLTION

Before you even think about installing this player, uninstall window media player 11 and get windows media player 10. Windows Media Player 11 ruins this player. Then, use windows media player 10 to sync music to this GoGear. You can get the software (which is not essential for basic use) at www.philips.com/support - enter country and model #, then click on software & drivers.

Good luck!

Lost music

How did you lose the music? If you lost it from your computer, I'm not sure if you'll be able to get it back. Otherwise, there should be a file labeled "Itunes music" on your computer somewhere. Just use the search option in "my computer" to locate it. Most of your music should be in there, if not all of it.

The error message says, please free up 6MB for Music DB (database).

Connect the device to your computer and remove several songs. Restart the device, and you should be back to normal.
