Without knowing the make and model of you clothes dryer, it is a challenge to provide you with the precise directions for changing the swing of your dryer door. With that being said, this YouTube video may prove helpful to you: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VW9183PsCLc .
How did I find the YouTube video? Using Google I entered the following search statement, with quotation marks, as indicated: "clothes dryer door swing" .

Duet dryer doors cannot be reversed for the swing. They wil only open one way. Depending on your model of washer the newers ones will allow you to reverse the door swing without a kit. The older units require a kit to reverse the washer door.
Yes, Here's how. It's all about the hinges. Facing the door from the outside, if the hinges are on the left, and the door swings to the inside, it is a left hand opening door. If it swings in with the hinges on the right, it would be a right hand opening door. Best regards, --W/D--
Im unable to look up htat particular model number for you, looks like my FRT18, which is made by the electrolux company, in which case, YES you can easily switch the door swing form one side to the ohter, whats on the left goes to teh righ and right to the left, not a problem
