Craftsman 32cc Weedeater -- need fuel line diagram

All lines crumbled apart and I can't tell where the new ones should go. One line from the fuel tank (obviously), then there are two port on the primer bulb, and two on the carb. I need a fuel diagram. Thanks

The smaller diameter line (fuel supply) goes from the fuel tank (w/filter) to the carb body. Another larger line (purge line) goes from carb body to the right nipple on the primer bulb. Another large line (return line) goes from the left nipple of the primer bulb into the fuel tank. co0mpleting the purge circuit. This info pertains to my 2006 Craftsman 32cc with Zama carb.

The smaller diameter tubing goes to the primer bulb into the tank, the larger from the tank to the carburator. The size of the nipple that the line fits on should also help in making this determination. Be sure to drain tank and reattach the filter that is probably laying in the tank. Thread that hose up through the filler hole to do this. I hope this helps.

When cleaning small engine carburators,o-rings and any plastic parts do not use any carb cleaner products. The cleaners when dry, attend to leave some residue in the cylinder wall of the carburator.I find that ammonia is a great cleaning solution,You can even clean any rubber or plastic parts without damaging them.It evaporates, there for it leaves no sign rsidue. Also, very inexpensive to buy at the dollar store.

How do the fuel lines in a weedeater trimmer pe550 hook up inside the gas tank

I have an older model that has a weighted filter in the tank. The filter flops around and can 'fall' into the fuel no matter which way you tilt the trimmer/tank. You should have one in your tank. Feed in the new line and make the end come out the gas cap. Push the filter/weight into the end of the fuel line. Pull the extra fuel line out of the tank to match the original position. You should have cut the new line to approximately the proper or same length as the old fuel line with an angle cut so you could push it into the tank.

Check for spark and air filter in good shape. Make sure bulb side gasket is OK! No leaks! Good luck!

I need the fuel line routing diagram for a Craftsman Model No. 358.791510 Weedwacker 32cc/1.9 cu.in. 2-cycle

The fuel line in the tank connects to the nipple. It then goes into the small hole in the tank and then the fuel line from the carb connects to the nipple. This line is the line that is attached to the body of the carb, not near the plate.

This problem seems to be the biggest and most popular one by far in these forums and has been answered several times. Try and post your problem using the search feature on this site. Don't use too many words. Craftsman Weedeater Fuel Lines should be sufficient. If you can't get it, then post back here again please.

Need to know the fuel line routing including the primer bulb.

The smaller diameter line (fuel supply) goes from the fuel tank (w/filter) to the carb body. Look carefully at the 2 nipples on the carb. You can tell one is slightly larger than the other. Another larger line (purge line) goes from carb body to the right nipple on the primer bulb. Another large line (return line) goes from the left nipple of the primer bulb into the fuel tank. completing the purge circuit. This info pertains to the Craftsman 32cc with Zama carb and may work on the 25cc model as well.

Repairing fuel line on craftsman 32cc weed trimmer.

Cut the end of the line at a sharp angle. Spray WD-40 on the line and fuel tank hole. Slowly screw the line in the tank far enough so you can connect the fuel filter if you are replacing that line. If not just push the line into the tank if you have a two line system. Remember on the fuel primer, the long tip has the line going to the tank, and the short tip has the fuel line going to the carb.

I have a 32cc crasftzman weed wacker need how to

This can be a little tricky, the filter is in the tank connected to the line. The line is pulled through a hole in the tank which seals only because the line is the correct outter diameter to seal the hole and not collapse the interior. Fuel line and filters are available at most places that carry outdoor power equipment parts but you must make sure the line is the exact size inner and outter as the original.
If the trimmer has a primer bulb the line goes from the tank to the bulb and then to the carburetor, a second line goes from the carburetor back to the tank, don't get them mixed up.
