Konica Minolta Bizhub C353 Has not lights on the network card

The machine was working good, my client was able to print and scan. we unplug the machine to moved it to few step. And when I plug the cable back on it, there is not any signal or blinking light on the machine. Please Help! Thank You

    change the connection speed in the device network settings , network possible limited change it in 100 speed network!!

Make sure the new outlet has power coming out of it, It may be connected to a switch or the breaker may be turned off.

i think that your fax is not set up right, or maybe the machine is missing admin and machine e-mail address, that can cause too this problem.

try with trouble reset
turn off the machine, press and keep pressed utility counter, turn on the machine
on the display you'll see the Trouble reset button on the display, touch it and turn off and on the machine
check if error disappear

Hi mmarsh1212,
When you say the bizhub fails Authorization, do you menat it fails Athentication?
If so, and I pressume your technician knows what he's doing, you have an issue with a password. I suggest you create an address for the bizhub on your email server and then re-setup the scanning to email credentials via the web browser direct to the machine.
Let me know if you need help with doing this.

It sounds like the print driver is not playing nice. Try removing the printer and uninstalling the driver from the DRIVERS TAB found in the PRINT SERVER PROPERTIES menu. Then reinstall the printer using OLDEST drivers (version 1.0) usually on cd that came with the unit.

This are the the information you need to setup scan to email and maybe you know how to access the web browser to setup the network. first you need to know the smtp host name or ip address, second you must create a valid email address for the copier. To access the web browser input the ip addrress and press enter click administrator and the password is 12345678 or 8 zeros. there are tab system info print, scan and network. click the the scan tab. choose scan to email first thing you will see enable scan to email smtp ip address or host name. enter the right smtp. witch this you can get to your mail server. do not change the port # and that is 25. Input administrator email address and the machine email address and turn on the authentication enter your user id and a password iof there is any.

I have Konica Minolta bizhub C353 and the paper keeps getting jammed after several prints. I just cleared code error c-3421 but it keeps getting jammed. Any help.

First Are informing the copier of the proper paper weight
? The paper weight is on the outer wrapping of the paper such as 75 g/m2 or 90 g/m2 etc. did you tell the machine that? Did you select the same weight when you sent the print job over to the machine in your print properties/perferencies ? They have to match! Check the orientation of the paper also ensue they match landscape or portrait? they have to match in the computer also.

It's got to be worth reloading the printer driver as a first step.
I've had a similar situation where one machine on a network suddenly stopped printing. I downloaded the latest printer driver (you can find them here www.m-press.bizMFD.a5w then click driver downloads on the left. You be taken directly to Konica Minolta's driver downloads.
