For the B205D a common problem is either of the 15 volt regulator that are common TO220 three lead devices... Hint: They are a PAIN to change due to packaging. One has to be careful to replace the heat sink compound on the main amp chip as well.
This repair is NOT for the inexperienced person. The amp and power supply attach to the back plate and the short leads from the preamp don't help in the repair.
Bad audio chip.
SOURCE: I have recently purchased a Behringer Eurolive
You use the balanced MAIN outputs. They are XLR and you should run those on balanced lines to your AMP which should have EITHER XLR inputs or TRS balanced 1/4 inch jacks to receive them.
DO NOT use mono inputs on your amp... make sure they have balanced inputs.
Note, for SAFETY of your equipment, ALWAYS power any connected stuff from teh same receptacle or power distribution system.

Try here... this is for a B212A but should be VERY close to the D version.

SOURCE: Can't get no output sound from my Behringer
The power amps may be blown... PLEASE read my tip on Fixya about the hazard with PMP mixers if you use Speakon to 1/4 inch cables. The sleeve or barrel of the Channel A plug is the hot, not the tip. Touch it to ground and goodbye Channel A of the amp.
Do this test: Plug a set of earphones into the Main out L and R jacks and see if audio comes out there. (it will only be in one side of the headphone and not too strong... If both L and R have signal there is a problem with the power amp or its configuration. Make sure the slide switch is up in the MAIN L/R position (top position) If all that is correct, the power amps have probably blown. Repair takes a lot of work and getting parts from Behringer now is really hard. The amp module is an HCA2400 and the only source seems to be FullCompass.com...
SOURCE: I want to order a new volume pot for my Eurolive
Lots of luck. Behringer no longer sells direct. Fullcompass.com is their parts distributor. If they don't have it in stock, it takes months... I have had an order in for 6 months now. The procedure is you call Behringer at 1-425-672-0816 to get a part number and an incident type number. Then call Fullcompass and order the part at 1-800-356-5844 and tell them you need Behringer part. IF they have it in stock, then you are lucky.
SOURCE: Just bought. New b205d power
These are a nice unit... just bought three of them that were dead... I have repaired one so far. I assume you mean the blue LED is on indicating power is on. What I want you to test is if injecting signal on the BACK of the unit jack (power amp in) will create sound. If it won't then better exercise your warranty. The one unit I have completed repair had a bad 15 volt regulator in it... the second that is almost fixed somebody had blasted the input circuits... probably connected to a speaker output... don't do it... these are LINE and MIC level units. If you need to tap off a speaker output, use a DI box with the unit. The third unit I have not received yet. Drummer used the repaired one as monitor last night and was impressed with the power this unit has.
