I know, don't you hate when that happens? Did you check to see that the needle port where the hot water exits from is free of debris? If plugged, no water can escape, thus I suggest using a pin or small paper clip end and stick it up the tube to free it up. See if that helps.
Hi, Could be a number of things. Is your pump working. Thermoblock maybe blocked or faulty. A thermo sensor on the thermoblock maybe faulty. Brewunit maybe jammed. Descale will not help if it wont pump. Id be looking at the thermoblock or sensor. If their at fault then the machine will do nothing. Check and clean ALL your ground points and remove/look inside all connectors for poor contact with the black wires. It sounds like youe EFI ground circiut is the issue.
try reseting it with holding down the menu and center button. Your warrenty will have been voided due to the liquid damage though so if you cant get it working with the reset your gunna need a new one.
i had the same problem, apperantly creative made an error making the hardware for the subwoofer, and put in an mos-fet with to little resistance, i called creative and gave them the serial number behind the subwoofer and they sent me a new one that hasnt acted up yet.
