If cd/dvd drive is not opening ... Then look for a small hole near eject button and put a pin or any thing that can be inserted easily into that hole .... Your drive will open
press the open /close button of yuor computer CD drive tray.
It is located on the upper part of yuor CPU.
Insert the CD label side up onto yuor cd drive until its motor
automatically grabs the CD and pulls it the rest of the way into the drive.
Close the button
Acces it to My COMPUTER Acces the New drive Added..
Insert a straightened paper clip into a tiny hole that is located on the front of the drive, typically right next to the eject switch. Once you've inserted the clip, the stuck CD should be easily ejected.
very vague question, but typically , locate 2003 cd.
insert disk , follow on screen prompts.
if autoload is not working.
with the disk inserted, browse the CD using "my computer "..... CD or DVD drive.... locate setup.exe icon (typically blue computer icon) double click to launch the installer. ....follow onscreen prompts. Please note office 2003 is getting old now., be sure to google "microsoft compatability pack" download and install that too.

You will need to have the radio reset or checked out at the dealer.Ther could be a cd stuck in it.Or the radio/CD player may have be on when the battery power got to low.
That is where it goes. The Radio head unit needs to be sent out for repair. That is the message that it will give when not working/reading the disk. Mine does the same thing.
