All my fitbit does is show the battery strength nothing else what is wrong?

A simple circuit looks at the voltage that the alternator is producing, and turns thebattery light on if it is low. The battery light indicates a battery charging problem.

The battery is very small and it could be easily over charged. If that is the case, it will show charged and it wont work. You cannot replace the battery yourself.

The Status Bar that is displaying itself related to your FitBit is the Battery Life/Charge Level Indicator for your FitBit, it changes Colors as the battery reaches different stages, it'll be different colors with low or critically battery life remaining for example. Your Fitbit manual will give you a more accurate answer as to what each color means but usually Green is associated with a Full Charge and Still Shows Green Doen to About 30%-40% Battery Life Remaining, Then It’ll change to Yellow or Orange until it gets critically low which is about 10%-15% and 10% or less will most likely be RED to let you know it’s time RON Charge orb go without the FitBit because it’s almost dead. with computer turned off take out battery and wipe off contacts then reinstall battery. If it is still empty after letting it sit a bit to see if it is charging you either have a bad battery or the charger in the computer is bad . that is an expensive fix. usually not worth the money unless you have an expensive computer and then that probably would not happen.

That number is the signal strength indication. IF you get four beeps when that shows up and it could be E instead of 8, the unit has detected something wrong.

#1 Your BlackBerry does not have sufficient Power
Check the battery charge level as shown by the battery icon on the top left of the home screen. No Power - Battery Charge Indicator does not show a charge or is very weak. The battery icon may be red. Charge the battery.
#2 You are Out of Network coverage area
Check the Signal Strength Indicator on the home screen. (1 to 5 bars, as shown below, indicating signal strength). If there is no signal, you may be out of range of the network.
If you are sure you are in range of the network, but show no signal strength, press Alt-Right Shift-Del at the same time. This will cause the BlackBerry to reacquire a network connection.
The process for this procedure is:

• Press Alt-Right Shift-Del (The Del key is also the Backspace key.)
• The screen will go blank, and an hourglass will appear. Wait for the hourglass to go away.
• The startup screen will appear. Wait for it to go away.
• A screen that says Verifying Security Software will appear. Wait for it to go away.
• Check the Radio Tower icon.

If you are in Coverage Area of your Service Provider, You will get the network.
#3 Your Data plan is switched Off.

Nothing wrong with your phone. It is the signal strength and the speed. Unless you switch to a fast and reliable service provider you will continue to have this problem. Go for 3G service provided by MTNL/BSNL.
