I have a jvc lcd colour tv lt32d21 model 2010 with a jvc remote. i also have a foxtel iq set top box with foxtel remote.

I imagine when you are goin tru the captions options each one is being highlighted ,when you get to the last one press the arrow down button and FINISH should appear and it should be highlighted the press the arrow to the right or to the left to save,the press menu to exit.Check this http://books.jvcservice.com/download/909020829/19165.pdf....pages 13 and 19

Intermittant issues are always the hardest to troubleshoot. It could be a loose connection or a component that breaks down under load or thermally.

"i already paid for the tv so why pay for something that should be readely available to me in the first place I should have access to all the features on the tv ".. WRONG!!!!!!!!!You should have a warranty for this TV but it's old , anyway. First,receive a reference image (let's say CNN).Second:press "Sleep Timer" key and set the value to "0". Then press "Display" and "Video Status" keys at the same time. Third: use "Vol +/-" and " Channel +/-" to select "2.DEF(D)".Go to "D03: V.SIZE" and modify step by step the value for best fitting. There is also switch " SW401" on the main board for centering the image . Finally, press "EXIT" key till you exit the "Service Menu". Don't try to modify anything else!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
