Here's an actual solution:
Try using the Date Code above the QR on the back of the panel. If it doesn't work, you add 1234 to the date code. There is no setting a custom password, so It will only ever be these two options.

the first best answer is RTM read the manual on the stat, first, no 2 are the same (unless are) and only the manual has this answer.
A2: ask the maker how to do that, they have web page go their and ask.?

did you look on the back of the STAT, see that label , see words Password date code?
