Sorry but your model number doesn't register with me in the USA. My experience tells me that the plastic water line from the filter to the water tank to the dispenser outlet is your problem. Replace those parts and you should be ok. Hope this helps.

There are different places to look out for your serial number. The bar code, it refers you to is the picture that is composed of just lines, it has some numbers written under it. That is the serial number of the refrigerator.
Here are a list of places to look at for the serial number:
On the cabinet door jam,
on the inside left or right wall of either the refrigerator or freezer,
Behind the kick plate
Behind the lower crisper drawer,
It sometimes used to be at the bck of the refrigerator. The part that faces the wall.

well i have the exact same refrigerator but opposite problem.... the freezer works but the entire refridgerator is a freezer....why is the fridge part freezing everything. This appeared to happen after the power went out and the entire fridge is a freezer now.
