Try this before replacing the fuser.
You do have to reset a new fuser also.

TRY FIRST (Solutions without parts):
For a continuous RAM Error message, try cleaning RAM contacts and reseating RAM.
NOTE: Third-party or generic RAM is not covered by warranty or service contract and should be removed for troubleshooting purposes.
TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS AND HINTS:
Replace RAM. If problem is not resolved, replace the Image Processor board.
Please Note:
Intermittent 6250 RAM Errors can be resolved by replacing the Print Engine Board and EEPROM, remembering to Save/ Restore in Diagnostics.

Most likely you are using generic ink or ink not made for that specific machine. The black ink is the one causing the problem. the printer will then need to be reset.
