Picture too big for screen

its setting the screen format . take the factory remote and by using the cursor left or right you can scan the size changes

try to adjust the vertical size on menu

Used ur tv original remote,look for a button like View Mode,Picture Size,Aspect Ratio,Zoom.Pushes one of these buttons to changes the picture sizes to fit ur tv screen.

You don't.
It should automatically switch to 1080 when and only when there is a HD signal present. Otherwise it will be in 480 and you will need to use the format button on the remote to change the picture size. If it does not switch to 1080 and you know for sure you have a true HD signal present, there is a problem with the unit.

Look for button on remote labeled size,aspect ,format or zoom. You can change the picture size to your liking. Different channels are broadcast in diffrent formats.

the cable remote has a zoom feature in the settings. the zoom setting got turned on somehow. This feature overrides the picture size settings on the tv.
so, not a tv problem at all, but easily missed.

TRY THE ZOOM THAT IS WHY THE PICTURE IS TOO BIG FOR THE SCREEN......HOPE I WAS OF SOME HELP TO YOU...

you need to go into the picture menu, and play around with the screen size options.
