This model pressure washer will only siphon from the soap dispenser when you have the low-pressure nozzle attached and then will only sort of dribble out the suds. Good for sudsing, but no good for cleaning. You'll have to suds 1st then change to a highwe pressure spray nozzle to perform the actual cleaning. If it won't siphon with the low pressure nozzle either, then check for a blockage (old, dried soap) in the suction line tubing. Hope this helps!!

How do I solve my problem with my pressure washer not sending soap?

Pressure washers usually will not draw soap on high pressure setting. Switch wand or set wand to lower setting. Pin hole leak in soap line can also cause problem.

I have a 2750 PSI pressure washer with a 6.5 hp Honda engine. The soap mixer will not work. Any ideas? Please advise Tahnks

Check the draw tube and soap inlet for a clog. The soap mixer works on siphon action so an obstruction is pretty much all that can go wrong with it.

HI. My Comet FWS 4030 works just great and i am very pleased. what i DON'T know is how to draw up soap to mix with the water. there is a big red knob, and another brass adjustment but i have no manual...

The red knob is to regulate the pressure. The soap siphon should be hooked up to the pump at the high pressure outlet and the pressure hose hooks up to it. You do just have to drop the tube into your soap solution but I recommend you dilute the soap down as the siphon usually sucks the solution up fairly fast. The trick to making it work is to use the low pressure, soap tip on your wand. They are black and help fan the water/soap out but give no resistance to the water coming out. If you are using a high pressure tip, usually red, yellow, white or green, there will be too much back pressure in the hose and siphon attachment for it to **** up any solution.

I am having trouble getting the "pick up" tube for soap/cleaner to draw from a bucket

Remove the hose and the fitting and clean with a toothpick or paperclip. The soap has a tendency to dry up in the fitting and prevent soap from being sucked into the tube. Be very careful when removing the fitting. On some units there is a small spring and ball bearing that are needed (Troybilt 2200)

John deere 3800psi pressure washer will not siphon detergent. the water end does fine but cannot get any soap

The only way the washer will draw soap into the line is with either the black tip installed or with no tip in wand at all. There is a ball and spring inside of the pipe that the siphon hose hooks to so when you use the washer with alot or even a little pressure the ball is forced up and blockes off the soap inlet port.So if you use it with no tip in the inlet port is open cause the ball isnt being forced up by back pressure.I hope this makes sense.

I have a John Deere AC2600Gh power washer and I can't get the soap to work everything else works great it just won't **** the soap up when I am pressure washing I know that it must be something simple to...

Soap will only siphon into hose if there isnt any pressure in the hose attached to the wand.Remove tip from wand and see if it draws soap into hose, back pressure in wand hose will cause the spring and ball to seat/close off the inlet line for the soap otherwise water would blow out of soap line.

Water comes out of detergent drawer

This is inevitably caused by a blockage. The small fabric conditioner compartment in the soap dispenser drawer has a removable plastic cap. This cap fits on the top of a tube which has a hole running through it where the water should siphon through.

When the time comes for the fabric conditioner to be released, cold water enters the small compartment and just washes the conditioner over the top and down the dispenser to the tub. When the water stops flowing, all that is left is the clear water. This water should siphon up the inside of the cap and down the tube.

This tube often gets blocked with the conditioner and if you remove the dispenser drawer and take off the cap you can give the whole thing a good clean out. If the cap is missing, the siphoning will not occur.

To test the function, hold the soap drawer under the tap and allow the water to fill the fabric compartment to overflowing. When you turn off the tap, the remaining water should slowly siphon out of the hole under the cap.
