I have a 2006 Hyundai sonata... and I have changed alternator and battery but when it's started and running..there's lights like break lights abs lights and basically it won't come off parking...idk what to do there was blown.fuses but still same problem
Check codes in ABS/ESC. If it was jumped backwards it would have blown other fuses. The ABS will not keep it from coming out of gear. Do your brake lights work? These cars had brake switch problems that could cause this. usually stoping the pedal hard will jar it enough to make it work once or twice to test.
Use a scanner to reset the ecm program as removing the battery sometimes corrupts the CPU settings

Answer
1. Remove the dust cover from behind the bulb that needs replacement.
2. Unplug the bulb.
3. Taking note of the bulb orientation, unhook the bulb retaining clip from the tang that holds it in place.
4. Remove the bulb.
5. Install the new bulb in the same orientation and clip in place.
6. Reconnect the electrical connector to the bulb.
7. Reinstall the dust cover.
Alternatively, if the bulb is burned out and you have less than 60,000 miles, you should take the car to the dealer and let them do it for free for you.
