I lost all music and photos. Sd card says it's

reformat it with fat32 file system.

Had a similar problem with a Samsung phone. The phone developed a fault, fried the sim card and I lost all numbers, photos & messages.
You will need a new phone or repair if under guarantee, A new sim

If above does not work, you may have to format the memory card (use quick format), and then use above mentioned software to scan again the memory card and recover your files.

1. Do not save any new file to memory card.
2. Connect your card to computer. You should see memory card shown as a drive letter (like H:) in My Computer.

Is your computer able to read the card with an SD adapter? If so, back up any information on it to the computer. Put card back in phone and go to settings->storage->unmount SD card->then format SD card. Allowing the phone to format the card usually has better results than formatting it in Windows because it's going to use the correct file system type.
