Won't brew just keeps saying to add water
Try this, it worked for us on a brand new 2.0 we purchased today 2/14/15: fill the reservoir half way, heat up some water to near boiling and add to the reservoir water until the water level is at the max level. Push continue and hopefully it will start working. After adding the hot water and pushing "Continue" it began to draw in the water. I checked the water temp and it was 113, clearly more than what I would call room temperature or Luke warm which is what the customer representative said we needed .
The water passages are clogged and triggering this warning.

Please get a hold of the company at the number in the manual, they will send you a new one if they cannot fix it. Magic words, I got it as a gift three months ago, it worked fine until now. Worked on mine. Sending out a new one today. This company works with you until you are happy. and I am getting 4 boxes of coffee! Free!

all the lights are blinking its clean, descaled, filled with water and the power button and all the buttons just blink and it wont brew just had this machine less than 6 months and the machine will only quit blinking when i unplug it and yes ive tried different outlets when i plug it back in all the lights start blinking again and it wont brew i want a solution to this problem and i dont want to be sent to another site where they charge me to answer a question the $119 i payed for the thing should be enough im ready to throw it out the window im so frustrated with it
