You need to stop the print before it is finished to determine the source of the issue. Most likely sources are the black drum or fuser. Please note: as I hope you will stop the passage of paper before it passes the fuser assembly, the toner will not be fixed to the paper and can/will be smeared. Also, visually inspect both drum and fuser for the line. If you do see the line replace that assembly.

Often Toner sticks to fuser. When the fuser heats the toner comes off onto the paper. Should reduce over time unless toner is spilling onto the fuser in the same place.
