Unplug the washer, wait for 15 seconds or so, plug back in and hit power button the cancel. this should unlock the door as it should reset. Do you have any fault code on your display? Is there a dryer stacked on the unit? Good Luck

You can stack just about any dryer on any washer, so long that the controls of the washer are on the the top of the washer has no penetrations and no control.In general, dryers are independent from the washer and are light weight.

first of all. comming from a Sears Technician.. (don't yell) -- the delivery drivers only know about delivering stuff. they dont know too much,
if the two are the same size they can be stacked.
