Pull up Job List, find the dictation and assign it to a specific person. Then you can listen to it. It will beep unless your feet are on the pedals.
I don't think that's possible, the minicassette won't fit between the spool spindles. You may be able to use a minicassette player, and route its output to the full-sized cassette recorder, though, or to a little transmitter that broadcasts to a matching receiver in the full-sized cassette player.
To recall an error code,
Wake the machine by pressing any button Wait
5 seconds Press and hold the Start and Pause Cancel buttons
simultaneously Ail LEDs will go blank and after a few seconds the control will signal the
stored code using audible beeps and blinking LEDs. The control will repeatedly
signal the code, as long as the Start and Pause Cancel buttons are
pressed. A two-second pause between repeats affords you the ability to make

As long as the buttons are held, the failure code will appear in the display as an E followed by two numbers, a number and a letter or two letters, please post back with the error code for further assistance.
