I would Google your watch model. Look for the model number on the watch back, then search for the user manual. I have to do this every time I need to change my Citizen EcoDrives for Daylight Savings, since the manual that came with the watch covers many models and it isn't clear which instructions are for MY models.

From off, press the power button and the volume+ buttons together until the reset screen appears!

Bear in mind however that there are firmware variants of the tablet for each of the service providers if your device has cellular network hardware.
