This is the 3 time you put this sentence here. I think nobody answered, because does not look like a question. I don't like to guess, but perhaps you think the microphone from your phone stopped working.
This can have many causes. It is not so easy, that every part in a phone, only has one cause what it does not work. The most common error is a plain defect of the part. But sometimes just a connection got lose (broke or oxidised or just came out of a connector) If there is no sound at all, you have a serious defect, you most of the time can't solve with a reset or with software.
My advice is go to a phone shop and let them see the phone. Perhaps you even have to take some extra money, because repairing could be more expensive then buying a new one.
