Retrieving phone numbers on incoming calls is easy! All you need to do is enable caller ID on your phone. This will allow you to see the phone number of the person calling you. Once you have caller ID enabled, you can easily keep track of who is calling you and when. Plus, you can even add the numbers to your contacts list for easy access in the future.

What phone do you have?
Voice messages or text messages?
press and hold the number 1 for voice messages and go to your text message app to to view text messages

Not on a Mitel SS4025, but if it's absolutely mission-critical, your PBX support person should be able to retrieve the call record from the system logs provided you get to them before the buffer overflows. Hope this helps.

it depends on what carrier you have but if you have verizon here is a solution
1. log on to my verizon from a computer
2. go to recent activity
3. go to drop down tab and select incoming and outgoing calls
4. a list should appear with the numbers dialed and recieved

call your operator
they will send you the settings of your GPRS service

I'm afraid your printer does not have the capability of retrieving faxes sent last year.
The only time you can retrieve faxes is when you get "low ink level" notification while a fax is coming in, where the incoming fax is temporarily stored in the printer's memory. You'll be asked to replace the low ink cartridge (without navigating away from the fax function) then hit Ok to receive the incoming fax. Other than that, you won't be able to retrieve previous faxes.

its not possible to retrieved deleted dialed numbers from your phone because you phone does not have a recycle bin. A computer as recycle bin that's why deleted files are retrieved.

Contact your service provider, they should be able to give you a list of your dialed numbers. Usually, your service provider keeps a record of all your incoming and out going calls.

So try your service provider.

Of course you picked the feature with conditions :-)

From the intercom 40 picks up any incoming call. 4* picks up trunk calls, and 41 plus ext number picks up a specific ringing phone.

The condition is that an extension can block call pickup by dialing 7201.. 7200 clears it.
