How field service software help to manage basic services?

All tools, counts for the use of field service software to, can help in the job. But for all the tools you use, you need to learn how to use them. It is not because everyone has a computer, they can use every program and put in the correct data and interpret the out coming data correct.
Every one has at least one knife in the house. Only a few can use knives to make beautiful sculptures and only the really skilled can operate on a human being.

You can try to carve a nice sculpture, to find out what your artistic skills are. You would not allow you neighbour to operate on you. So why would an untrained person try to use software if he is not trained in to use it?
