Pl. go to the setting and check the application (downloaded and running) for the space utilized of RAM. If possible try to move the application(downloaded) to SD card. This may free up some space.

I have found new screens for the Kurio 7S, however I do not believe that anyone is selling the LCD screens for the 4s at this time. If is only the front glass that is broken, these can be found on Ebay.

Typically if you hold the power button down for about 20 seconds the tablet will restart. Some tablets will have a pin sized hole on the back that is a reset button.
