AFTER I DEED SELF CLEANING IT CAME OUT F09 ERROR
SOURCE: is showing a flashing f09
Hello Sir,
If the Washer is turning on itself then it is a CU Problem. It must be tripped or not functioning properly.
And about the F09 error. This error comes when the washer has a water overflow. This can be removed by tilting the Machine forward by making a point opened so that the excess water flows out. This overflow is caused when the water is blocked by any other object. This overflow is surely corroding the CU and making the machine to turn on by itself.
Kindly call a technician from Whirlpool to get the internal parts checked.
Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.

Shannabug is right on the money. I had the same problem a few days ago. F09 came up - I hit pause twice - since there was water still in the drum I did a spin and drain.
NOW UNPLUG THE WASHER!
Right below the kickboard there are three torqux screws - now's a good time to get a Torqux folding key set. Once removed - give the side of the kick board a rap on the side - sometimes you may have to use an object to hit it with - it'll fall right off.
On the bottom, dead center is a white cylinder facing you with a screw cap. This is the filter/catch basket - to the right of that is your pump.
Before you screw off the cap, make sure you have lots of paper towels - I had a shop-vac - as I loosened the cap I had the vacuum **** up the water that was coming out - I removed the filter and there was two pencils in there - apparently my son never emptied his pocket. I put the shop vac into the filter chamber and started sucking up anything else that may have been there.
When you put the cap back on, ensure the little notch on top of the cap is facing up, and screw it back on securely. Put the kick board back on - and you're ready to go.
If you continue to have a problem you can clean out the drain tube with a shop-vac - and/or purchase a new pump - but now you see where it is, and how easy it is to change it - you can now save yourself a few hundred dollars by changing it yourself!
IMPORTANT - BEFORE YOU DO THIS UNPLUG THE SYSTEM. This will make sure no injuries, and while you are doing the filter, the computer is getting to reboot itself.

F09 Overflow condition If the Overflow contact on the pressure switch is Closed for more than 60 seconds an Overflow condition will occur. In an Overflow condition, the Door will remain locked, and the Drain Pump will run constantly, even if PAUSE/CANCEL is pressed twice and the Display is cleared. Unplug the unit to service.
