Sansui Chic Classic 250 TV

Before entering service mode, be sure that the entire button on the remote control will work properly, if anyone found inoperative, do not use it to enter the service mode. If it is a universal remote control; check it well. With most universal remote controls, sometimes, all the button functions might not work as it should be. If so, try to set it with another set-up code said for your device, and then make sure about its working. I strongly recommend you to use the original remote control to enter service mode.
This is because;
Suppose you have to enter the service mode to adjust certain parameter. You haven't made sure that all the function of the remote control will work properly with your set or not. After entering the service mode, as you know, limited buttons on the remote control will be active. For example, in service mode, channel Up, Channel Dn, Volume Up and Volume down, and the OK button, Power button and Numerical buttons are used to adjust the data parameter. After adjusting all these parameters; you have to come out from the service mode to Normal mode. Otherwise, you can't operate the set. Suppose, the service mode procedure tells you that, you should press the Power button on the remote control to Power Off the set, to come out from service mode to normal mode. Power down the set by its main power button won't make it to normal mode. If the power button on the remote conrol does not work, how can we come out from service mode to normal mode? In fact, you can't come out of service mode.
The most important thing to note is this. Before you attempt to enter the service mode option, read and understand all the instructions. Be sure that there is enough detail to Exit from the service mode. If it is not there, never enter the service mode. For some sets, there will be no Exit option. To such sets, Power it OFF by the main power switch will do the same. But you should make it sure by reading the instructions.
For your information, I've included some set-up codes too here, to check with your universal remote control, if the present set-up do not work with all the functions it supposed to be. Set-up a universal remote control is a trial and error procedure. You might have to check with many set-up codes, before you get a proper code to your remote control to work properly with your set. The included codes are the common codes works for your brand. If you wish to get more set-up codes and set-up procedure, visit the sites linked here.

After enter the site, just type in the brand name to your set; in the search box, at the top right of the display window; to get gathered the related pages that contains details. Please do not press the 'Enter' button, after type in the brand name into the search box. The search will start automatically, as you type in the brand name into the search box, and will list related pages.

Why my t.v writes factory inthe screen and cannot turn to AV

Now your TV is in factory adjustment mode otherwise called a service mode. you should get out from it, and to go to normal mode, for all other function to work. For that, you have to know about how to enter, and how to exit the service mode. As now the TG is in service mode, you have to look for how to exit from it, and to set it to normal mode. If you wish to get some details; visit the site linked here. Pull up older posts. Surf the site with patience. http://electronicshelponline.blogspot.com/

What does a timeout message indicate

Timeout:
Your pool service company or somebody (?), had bypassed temporarily the automation, and placed the system into a "Timeout" mode. Not a major problem at all, and normally nothing to worry about! Unless nobody did this and it is in this mode for more than 3 hours. Let me explain briefly...
What does this mean?
Time out is simply a manually entered mode, that will bypass automation for only 3 hours, and will return to normal "Auto" mode after those 3 hours.
Why is this function available?
If your pool service company arrives and the automation system is normally on "Auto" mode, and he or she finds that everything is off, not scheduled to come on yet or just had completed its normal cycle, the service company is somewhat out of luck if, lets say "Muriatic Acid" is to be added, or an "Algaecide" or some other Specialty chemical that needs the water to be circulation for a few hours after adding this product. What can the service person do, if no one is home to reprogram it or to turn it on? He/she can put it into "Service Mode", which is another mode available on an Automation system, but that overrides the system completely and will stay in that mode until it is once again manually changed back to "Auto" mode.
Timeout - is the mode the service provider will use, after using possibly service mode to turn the filter pump on so the pool can be vacuumed, then if a product like what was mentioned above is added, the system can then be manually placed into "Timeout" and the pool pump will run, mixing the chemicals in the pool, and then will automatically revert back to auto mode 3 hours later. Completing the job of diluting & mixing whatever the pool service provider added.
