Remove the plate which is clipped neat the capsule holder and try again if it works see if you can opening the hole or replace

We have had this problem twice now. The solution is to drill (yes drill!) through the capsule - a blocked outlet from the capsule itself and the injection of hot water creates a high pressure seal - you have to release the pressure. Do this over the sink - I had hot chocolate spraying about 6 feet from the machine when the pressure was released!! But this solved the problem.

Can't get capsule holder out of Krups Dolce gusto circolo everything else works fine

you can only remove the capsule from the capsule holder by means of piercing from under were coffee normally comes out .that is not to say that if the Circolo is not auto.
if the machine is auto then it may be that the director motor or gear of director motor is slipt or broken

Dolce gusto light turns yellow more orange. What is going on?

To solve you oregne light problem you must do this press power bottom for few seconds to make it flashing Orange this means that the machine is now in descaleing mode then do the descaleing product be sure you use dolce gusto descaleing only after you done reset power bottom this should solve the problem.that was a working for descaleing

Without taking the device apart and examining it, it's impossible to know why it's not functioning properly. You will have to take it to a repair shop, and have them inspect it, give you an estimate for the repair, and then see if you want to pay that much for fixing it. IF the item is fairly new and under warranty, AND you have proof-of-purchase, you can return the item to the store where you bought it, and either they will give you a NEW replacement, or a full refund. If they do NOT do that, and your device is under warranty, you can call KRUPPS directly on their 1-800 toll-free number and for SURE they will take care of your problem.
