As of this reply, I do not think you can delete your craigslist account. The only thing you can do is use the Contact CL option and request the account be removed.

craigslist accounts cannot be deleted. There is no reason to delete them. If you do not have a live ad, then there will be no emails generated. The account just sits there. Only you and staff can access it, because no one else has the password. It's inactive unless and until you use the account. The accounts are a permanent record of your behavior and ads and can't be removed or deleted. Don't want the account? Walk away from it and never use it again, that's all you have to do.
