Go into settings (you'll find that the app drawer). Then choose accounts. Choose Google.you should see a list of your accounts (if you have more than one). Choose the correct one. Take a look at what the device is reporting. Maybe you need to update the password?

Why since 7/12/15 have i not been able to get gmails and no one is getting them from me.
If you are sending it via phone check to see if the gmail account is synced to your phone. Most of the time the account not being synced is the cause of the issue you have ran into.

I want to sync my phone and tablet
All you have to do is add the accounts, set up and sign into all your accounts on your phone and tablet. Once you have done so, stay signed in and go to settings and set up your sync options. If you have several google accounts, make your you add them in as well for sync. Especially calendar and email. Best sync setting is every 15 minutes to 30 minutes depending on need or usage. I hope this helps.

Maybe, try setting-up a second Gmail account, then send transfer) your emails from the old username account to the new username account. If this works, then either try deleting the messages from the old gmail account and transfer the messages from the new gmail account back to the original gmail account ... or ... just delete the old gmail account if you successfully transferred them to the new gmail account.

How do I Sync Outlook from my Desktop Computer to my Apple IPAD?
To sync e-mails to your iPad, you must put the e-mail account details directly into the mail app. This is because Outlook is merely an application to download and read e-mails.
To add an e-mail account to your iPad:

1. Tap the Mail icon at the bottom of the home screen on iPad.

Step 2. Then tap to add type of email account that you want at add among: Microsoft Exchange, Mobile me, Gmail, Yahoo Mail, AOL or others. For example, if you want to add a Yahoo mail, just tap the Yahoo mail as follows:

It will configure automatically and you should able to send - receive emails.
