If you lock your phone again some time in the future and you're still with the same service provider you can use that same Puk code.. CHEERS..

Ed you will need to contact mobile phone network provider to get the PUK code. It is created by the mobile network if they need the imei dial in #06# into phone call dial box.

If you already tried them and cannot unlock your phone, please go to a local Tracfone store and get another SIM card. Activate it and use with your phone. PUK code is the SIM lock code.
