Bioler fires only when switched to manual mode if switched to auto it tries to fire then stops.

Disconnect thermostat wires from control board, if you have a terminal board that's where you would remove the wires. If you have a terminal marked 'Red' and 'W'. Put a jumper between tthose two. Turn on Boiler itmitmruns, your problem is in the thermostat or the wires.

Samsung electric dryer keeps burning up thermal cut-off thermostat

I am not familiar with the model.

That the thermostat keeps failing, due presumably to overheated/burned contacts does indicate the element is drawing too much current. I can think of no other reason to explain your experience except possibly there is excessive arcing at the contacts as they open and close. The addition of a suppressor capacitor might help but the big question to be answered is why is there too much current or excessive arcing...

I can only suggest you thoroughly examine the heating element looking for breaks and accidental short circuits between the coils of the element or connecting wires.

CODE #PO128 KEEPS RETURNING AND AC CUTTING IN & OUT

It's a thermostat/coolant issue. The definition is here:

P0128 Engine Coolant Temperature Below Thermostat Regulating Temperature

Possible Causes
  • Check the operation of the thermostat (it may be stuck open)
  • Coolant level is too low, or the coolant mixture is incorrect
  • ECT sensor connector is damaged (check pins for damage, and for moisture)
  • ECT sensor signal circuit has a high resistance condition
  • ECT sensor has failed

AC WORKS FINE HEAT COMES ON BUT WHEN TEMP IS REACHED FAN NEVER GOES OFF AND TROUBLE WITH HEAT COMING BACK ON

When temp reached to thermostat level heatewr only will cut off not the blower. And secondly all thermostat at heat stage will cut off at the end of +2 degree and cut in starting of -2 degree.

E.g; If you keep 30 degree heat it will cut off at 32 and cut in 28 degree.

Thermal cut-off blows and high limit thermostat is working with vent clean.Replaced thermal cut-off, high limit thermostat and heating element. Still blows thermal cut-off.

Any time a thermal cut off blows, it's because the cycling thermostat is bad. When it's bad, the machine cycles off of the thermal cut off rather than the cycling thermostat allowing the dryer to over heat. The thermal cut off is a re-setting safety and is not made to cycle off of. The thermostat you are looking for looks like a high limit thermostat but it cuts power to the element at a lower temp. Around 158 degrees + or - 25 degrees. It's located close to the high limit. It's a normally closed switch that opens on the rise and it will show closed now but the problem with it is that will not open. Replace it and your problem will be solved. Good luck.

My Koro Expresso machine keeps saing Install Bioler? What do i do to rectify the problem

The boiler is the preheat reservoir so you don't have to wait. Keep filling the machine untill it won't take anymore and chk for another switch that is always left on at rear side of machine. In =a few second you should hear the water heating Dry run the first time, just have your carafe in place but no coffee, good luck.

Model 460/5 can not control the heat

I would have to say that your issue is thermostat related.  The thermostat only send a signal when temperature is reached, not what the current temperature is.  So if it is malfuntioning, the desired temperature will never be reached.  Therefore, not sending a signal to cut the heat, even though it is 350.
