BIOS access is typically achieve by pressing a function key during bootup. Most common keys are f1,f2,and f8, but your specific laptop may use a different key. Just try one at a time during a bootup until one works for your laptop. Don't worry, you won't hurt anything pressing a wrong key.
But beware; it might be that Advent Monza N3's were sold with different motherboards esp. different revisions of the same m/b depending on when (and where) they were sold.

If you have a Advent Monza N3 Laptop, to disable the touchpad it is use the function key called fn. Keep this key pressed and also press f6. This toggles the totouchpad on/off.Good luck
