ARE THERE ANY OTHER FUSE WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WHAT IS WRONG THAT CAUSES NO LIGHT ON THE FACE BOARD/

man I think i have the same problem....
i push the power button but immediatly the LED turns off. I cheked the fuse but thats not the problem. Please if you solve your problem let me know...

I would say : NO !
The fact tha the fuse blew wasn't because the voltage was too high, but because a component (after the fuse) became defective because of the high voltage. So there will be something defective....

The same rating fuse will work as long as the "Ampere" side is the same. The "Voltage" of the fuse determines the input Voltage that will be allowed. As long as you are sure that the input will only be 120V the fuse will work properly but I would recommend using the same Voltage and Amperage of the original fuse since it may fail again. Given that information if it does blow again I would recommend taking it to a specialist. A 3 Phase fuse is only available to 3 Phase inputs (480V). Unless you live in a large compound your house doesn't have that type of capability.

There is a standby transformer inside the Onkyo receiver at the mains input stage. If the standby transformer is faulty then the unit will not power on. There will be two transformers. One is big and the other is a small one. The small tarnsformer is the standby transformer. Which will be fitted on a small board where the power cable is connected. Replace the transformer to rectify this problem.
