I have a 2yr old Kohler K4634 toilet. After flushing the water level drops about 1 inch in the bowl after the bowl filled. This causes a lower level in the bowl than is recommended. The main issue is the inside of the toilet is not swept clean of waste. I have adjusted the tank water level to the max but nothing seems to stop the water sweep age from the bowl. Any suggestions?

2 possibilities.
1) The diaphragm in the Sloan is for a urinal. (1.0gal vs. 1.6gal);
2) Not enough water. (stop partially closed, supply undersized)
SOURCE: Toilet will not flush
It sound like you have debris caught in the fill valve. Remove the top where the washer is and put your hand over it and slowly turn the water on to flush the fill valve. Replace the washer with a new one and then replace the top.
If you have the old ball and **** style, replaceing the diaphram is harder so I would recommend replacing it with a fluidmaster fill valve. Hope this helps.

It depends on what you mean "not used daily".
I am discounting any possible cracks.
If you only see this after a month or so, the water just evaporates.
If the water level in the bowl drops more often, the different pressure could cause it to exit the normal way. You could try opening and closing a few doors while watching if the water moves at all.
You can have someone flush the 'regular' toilet while you watch the water in the bowl of your guest toilet. There should be no movement at all.
If none of this gives any indications, I guess a plumber might know after inspecting it.

First things first, remove the fill valve, and the flush handle mechanism. This will give you plenty of room to work with the flush valve. Before installing flush valve lubricate tabs with plumbers grease. Now put on a pair of work gloves, pushed down very hard and turn the tabs should slide easy because of the grease. Remember do not alter the gasket, the gasket needs to be compressed to do its job. I know removing the fill valve and the flush handle seems like a pain, but there is no way to get your hands in the proper position to install the flush valve assembly.
